Know Before You Go!
This Avalanche safety clinic is for anyone planning a ski/ride trip out to the mountains. Learn the basics of avalanche safety like WHY they happen, and WHAT you can do to protect yourself.
The clinic is FREE and will talk place in the Cedar Lounge restaurant at 6:30pm and will be taught by Michael Walenta. Michael is the Central Division Avalanche Advisor and has been a patroller with the Cannonsburg Ski Patrol for 30 years.
This Clinic will be an hour long with time for Q & A afterwards. The Cedar Lounge will be open for beverages and food.
