Barre Flow and Mimosas

Barre-Less Barre Flow is an outdoor 1 hour long class taught by Sara Van Horn! The class starts with a warm-up yoga flow, followed by arm, core, seat, and thigh work. Get the benefits of a barre class without the barre! Afterwards, relax on the deck with Mimosas!
About the instructor: Sara is an RYT 200 hour and certified Barre instructor who teaches at Beer City Barre, a small boutique style studio in downtown Grand Rapids. She’s been teaching yoga for 7 years and barre for almost 3 years. Sara wants you to know that both yoga and barre are accessible for every BODY! Come as you are, have fun, and don’t take it too seriously!
The class is Saturday, September 21st, at 10am. Please bring a yoga mat to class!
